During this donation-based gathering\, we’ll create a nurturing space where you can rejuvenate and reconnect with yourself\, others\, and the Earth.\n\nUnique Activities Planned For the Evening:\n* Guided Solstice Meditation & Breathwork: Begin the evening by centering yourself with a soothing guided meditation that aligns your mind and spirit with the rhythm of nature. Through mindful breathing exercises\, we will invite healing energy and balance into our lives\, preparing to receive the energy of the returning light.\n* Nature-Inspired Ceremony & Intention Setting: We will take part in a sacred ceremony that includes the lighting of candles to honor the return of the sun and the balance between light and dark. You’ll be invited to reflect on what you want to release and set intentions for the new cycle. Personalize your ceremony by creating an intention stone\, which you can keep as a reminder of your goals for the winter season.\n* Herbal Wisdom Circle: Learn about healing herbs traditionally used during the winter months to support the body and mind. We will share insights on how to nourish and strengthen the body during the colder months.\n*A Collaborative Solstice Sound Healing Experience: Allow the healing vibrations of sound to wash over you in a winter solstice sound bath experience. There will be a variety of instruments to promote deep relaxation and activate your body’s natural healing powers.\n* Group Reflection & Sharing Circle: After the sound journey we will come together in a heart-centered circle to share our experiences\, thoughts\, and intentions for the upcoming season. This circle encourages personal connection\, healing\, and community support.\n\nOur goal is to make this sacred gathering accessible to all. The Winter Solstice is a time for us to come together\, regardless of financial background\, and support each other’s journey. We encourage you to contribute what feels right for you.
