From the moment you enter the property\, we ask that conversation be set aside. This intentional silence allows your nervous system to begin unwinding before the session even starts. You’ll have time to settle into your pool float\, breathe deeply\, and simply be. \nWe’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to become fully present. From there\, you’ll be immersed in a live sound healing experience featuring crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, chimes\, drums\, and other healing instruments played throughout the space\, surrounding you with layers of sound and vibration. \nPlease Bring: \n\nYour own comfortable pool float\nA towel\nComfortable clothing or swimwear suitable for floating\n\nBecause this experience is intentionally intimate\, participation is limited to just 10 people. This allows everyone plenty of space to float comfortably and creates a peaceful\, private atmosphere where you can fully surrender to the experience.
