DESCRIPTION:Grief is deeply personal. \nThere are moments when we need to speak about the person we lost. Moments when we need someone to simply listen. Moments when a memory brings a smile\, while another brings tears. \nThis gathering offers a gentle space to come together with others who understand that grief does not follow a timeline. \nYou don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to be “over it.” You don’t have to carry it alone. You are invited to bring your memories\, your emotions\, your stories\, and the love you still hold in your heart. \nWe will begin by coming together in a circle and creating a safe\, compassionate space for sharing. \nYou may share the story of your loved one\, a favorite memory\, something you miss\, something you wish you could say\, or simply what your heart is carrying today. \nYou are also welcome to listen. There is no pressure to speak. Sometimes being witnessed in our grief is enough. Sometimes saying their name out loud is healing in itself. \nFollowing the sharing circle\, we will gently open the space for spontaneous mediumship. \nIf you feel called to participate\, you are welcome to remain open to whatever may unfold. \nMessages may come through unexpectedly: a name\, memory\, feeling\, image\, symbol\, or other impression connected with someone who has passed. \nThere is no guarantee that a particular person will come through\, and there is no expectation that everyone will receive a message. \nMediumship is offered as an invitation\, not an obligation. \nYou may simply sit\, observe\, and hold space for others. \nWe will then move into a sacred drumming experience. \nAllow the rhythm to surround you. Allow yourself to breathe.
