SUMMARY:Immersive Grief Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Whether you are currently experiencing or have previously experienced grief from trauma or other circumstances\, then we invite you to participate in an immersive experience. Dive in to the phases of grief and learn how to apply a variety of tools to understand ways to process the stages for healing. In a shared and protected space\, gather to learn\, experience and better deal with the future as we grow through life. Every person has the opportunity to participate with the support of this group. Included in the event will be movement\, breathwork and healing exercises. \nWe will be going deep into the healing process\, with integration and then return to a state to incorporate what was taught in the class and apply it in daily life. \nPlease be prepared as we will be uncovering and working to understand the self\, as well as\, being open to the support of emotions and experiences that may come up.
