Grief is deeply personal.
There are moments when we need to speak about the person we lost. Moments when we need someone to simply listen. Moments when a memory brings a smile, while another brings tears.
This gathering offers a gentle space to come together with others who understand that grief does not follow a timeline.
You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to be “over it.” You don’t have to carry it alone. You are invited to bring your memories, your emotions, your stories, and the love you still hold in your heart.
We will begin by coming together in a circle and creating a safe, compassionate space for sharing.
You may share the story of your loved one, a favorite memory, something you miss, something you wish you could say, or simply what your heart is carrying today.
You are also welcome to listen. There is no pressure to speak. Sometimes being witnessed in our grief is enough. Sometimes saying their name out loud is healing in itself.
Following the sharing circle, we will gently open the space for spontaneous mediumship.
If you feel called to participate, you are welcome to remain open to whatever may unfold.
Messages may come through unexpectedly: a name, memory, feeling, image, symbol, or other impression connected with someone who has passed.
There is no guarantee that a particular person will come through, and there is no expectation that everyone will receive a message.
Mediumship is offered as an invitation, not an obligation.
You may simply sit, observe, and hold space for others.
We will then move into a sacred drumming experience.
Allow the rhythm to surround you. Allow yourself to breathe. Allow yourself to be still.
The drum can create a space for reflection and connection, giving you permission to step away from the noise of everyday life and simply be present with whatever you are feeling.
