Unwind accepts all credit and debit cards. Sorry, we do not accept checks or cash.
You may schedule an appointment either by phone or online. All appointments must be paid in full with a valid credit card card at the time of booking. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. First time guests will complete a spa new customer form. If you are late to your appointment, we may need to shorten or cancel your service to accommodate the next scheduled guest.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you and require a credit card at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full. We value your business and thank you for helping us service all clients with an up-to- date schedule.
