This immersive weekend is designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their existing practice. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and receive personalized support. Through guided exercises, group discussion, and energy work, we’ll explore techniques to expand consciousness and move beyond the physical body.

What We’ll Cover:
*Understanding astral projection and out-of-body experiences.
*What to expect the first time you leave your body.
*Exploring non-physical realms and the entities that exist there, including spirit guides.
*Working with your energy body and learning to move energy inside and outside of the body.
*Techniques to activate the Third Eye and expand awareness.
*Lucid dreaming as a bridge to astral travel.
*Methods for overloading the energy body to make astral separation easier.

Between Sessions:
This is a two-part workshop with practice and reflection time in between. After the first session on Saturday, June 7th, you’ll receive homework to support your personal progress. We’ll reconvene on Sunday, June 8th for integration and continued exploration.
