In this guided group meditation, we will explore the art of surrender, learning to let go of the illusion of control and return to a place of trust, presence, and inner stillness. Together, we’ll gently examine the mental patterns that drive us to grasp, fix, or force outcomes, and begin the process of releasing them with compassion.
Through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization, this session will help participants reconnect with what is within their control, their inner response, and release the weight of what is not. We’ll cultivate a felt sense of safety in the now, anchoring in the body and breath as safe ground, even in uncertainty.
